We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer a one-time rescheduling option for your session. If you need to reschedule, you may do so once without losing your deposit. However, after one reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited if further changes are needed. Sessions are carefully timed, and we offer a grace period of up to 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be canceled at the photographer’s discretion. We appreciate your understanding to ensure that all clients receive the dedicated time they deserve. With many years of professional experience, we aim to keep our terms flexible where possible, but all final products and images are delivered as described and considered final. Copyright & Image Usage Policy
All final images remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Each delivered photo will feature a discreet, tiny logo in the bottom left-hand corner, ensuring the photographer’s copyright is preserved. This logo will not be removed or altered.
Clients will receive a print release, allowing them to print and display their images for personal use. While you’re welcome to share your photos on social media, please note that publication rights for commercial or editorial use are not included.
